Ok...So today was my birthday~ (yay!)
It was pretty boring during the day but after I came home from going out for dinner, I got my presents~~~

I got a bunch of pencils and a sketch book and stuff, which I'm happy with, but the last thing I got was, YES, A TABLET~

Of course, I've never used a tablet before so I'm still getting used to it. I've been fooling around in photo shop for the last few hours fiddling with pen pressure~

One part, though, is a habit I picked up. I blame sherry and her laptop.
You know how on laptops when you use the touch pads, you can move your finger down as far as it goes and then lift and drag down again to go even further down?

Yea well, I keep trying to do that, but the tablet has it's own spots...so it's gunna need some getting used to.

I'm extremely happy and I hope to present my first piece of art (that I like) done on the tablet here soon.

I may have to find a few tutorials on shading because I are terrible without a pencil. Tried to use the smudge tool, but it turned out as a mess. SOOO, I may just cell-shade or I might try using subtle differences in colour and ontinue from there (will probable take ages)

I want to try CG and cell-shading so I'll get to that I hope.

Sorry for bugging everyone with this dumb journal, but it's my journal and I can wri-type what I wanna

P.S. OMG~
Vincent Valentine was a huge possibility of being Sephiroth's dad!
I never knew that! I know he isn't, but he could have been, and he's still a sort of step-father to him xP

I've been bugging everyone I know who knows who they are and I hope this'll stop soon xDD
